Bengaluru: City Commissioner of police Bhaskar Rao on Tuesday, April 14 asked the netizens to suggest some ideas to prevent law and order problems in the city amid lockdown and to help the migrants maintain social distance.
As the easiest way to reach public and ask for their opinion on social media, Baskar Rao took to Twitter asking out for a hand of help and wrote, “In view of migrants in some parts of the country have lost their patience and poured onto streets, may I seek suggestions from you all as to how we could keep these large numbers engaged, be empathetic and maintain social distance too…Ideas to prevent Law and Order problems.”

Three steps
1. Identify areas where they are staying, has to be slightly outskirts, they can’t be in CBD
2. Ration should be provided at least for 2 weeks at a time
3. A bit of cash distribution(500Rs) will help because all of us need it in our pockets for Misc expenses

Make a separate toll free number for them . There main concern might be food and rent . If that can be arranged and government take them in confidence the situation can be prevented from escalated.

Why have they lost their patience? Is it lack of food or home sickness?

Dear Bhaskar Rao sir –
Give them some work todo to keep them occupied
They are ppl who don’t get sleep if they don’t physical work
Can they partner with some small cottage industry ? Give ladies simple tasks
Take a batch of men to build roads or fix roads
