Sonia Gandhi to arrive in Mysuru today; to visit Chamundeshwari hills along with Rahul

Bengaluru: Sonia Gandhi will arrive in Mysuru at 12.30 PM  today (October 3). She, along with Rahul Gandhi, will reach Chamundi Hills from Mysuru airport and offer prayers to Goddess Chamundeshwari.

Post Sonia’s arrival, Rahul Gandhi will leave for Kodagu after completing the day’s Bharat Jodo padayatra.

Congress sources said that he will take a break from padayatra on October 4 and 5 and will stay in Kodagu with his mother for two days.

The padayatra will restart from Mahadeshwari temple in Mandya district on October 6. Sonia Gandhi will participate in the padayatra at Melukote, sources said.

Priyanka to join Bharat Jodo yatra?

Priyanka Gandhi is likely to arrive in the state on October 7 and may participate in a padayatra at Nagamangala. Priyanka Gandhi is also likely to visit Adi Chunchanagiri Matha, sources added.
