South Western Railway Conducts “Spandana”, a massive employee outreach programme

Hubli: South Western Railway Head quarters organized a massive Employee outreach programme under the banner of “Spandana” recently, at Rail Soudha, here. 

The programme was inaugurated by Shri A.K.Gupta, General Manager, SWR. Shri B.B.Singh, Additional General Manager, Shri H. Pradeep Kumar, Principal Chief Medical Director, Shri A.K. Singh, Principal Finance Advisor, Shri S.K. Albela, Principal Chief Personnel Officer and other Officers and staff were present.  Apart from registering their grievances and showing their service details, leave details to the staff, the presentation on General Health maintenance, General Health check up camp, Specialized Echo Test through Narayana Hrudayalaya, tips on food/diet by Dietician were also conducted during the programme.

The health check up camp was availed by about 300 employees. Overall 208 grievances were received in which 159 grievances pertaining to Service Record entries were solved immediately and remaining 49 service related grievances were being processed for redressal. Similar 16 Camps are being conducted over Hubballi, Bengaluru and Mysuru Division of South Western Railway.
