Bellari: A Non Bailable Warrant had been issued against MLA Anand Singh for violating the Model Code of Conduct during the 2018’s Assembly elections.

A special court for people’s representatives on Wednesday, March 12 which was hearing the case ordered to issue a Non Bailable Warrant against Anand Singh for violating Model Code of Conduct.

It is gathered that a complaint was registered against the MLA at Hospet Town Police Station during the 2018-Assembly polls for violating the Model Code of Conduct, following which the police had later submitted a charge sheet in the court.

Though the Court had summonsed Anand Singh three times, he remained absent. Subsequently, the judge ordered the issuance of a Non Bailable Warrant against Singh.
