Special prayers offered by Muslim brethren for favourable monsoon

Mangaluru: Hundreds of Muslims congregated at a mosque at Nehru Maidan and offered special prayers for the onset of monsoon in the region at 7 am in the morning on Wednesday.
Karavali is facing an acute shortage of water and the Muslim brethren held special prayers during the holy month of Ramzan. Along with the Muslim leaders and dignitaries, MLA Vedavyas Kamath also took part in the prayers.
