Specially-abled girl gang-raped in Haveri; one held

Aadur Police have arrested a person in connection with the alleged gang rape of a specially-abled girl near Hanagal city.
The arrested person is identified as Parashurama Madivalara. He along with another person identified as Yashwanth gagged and raped the girl.
Yashwanth is said to be absconding and a search has been launched for him.
Police have registered a case in this regard and the matter is under investigation.
