Spike in COVID-19 cases: Bigg Boss Kannada 8 suspended

Bengaluru: The channel hosting Bigg Boss Kannada has decided to suspend the show as Covid cases continue to surge in Karnataka.

The show hosted by Kichcha Sudeep, which got premiered on February 28 had completed over 70 days.

Complying with the state government order, the channel has decided to halt the shoot. The last episode of the show is likely to be aired tomorrow night by inviting all the contestants of the house on the stage.

Head of the channel, Parameswhar Gundkal on his Facebook page has confirmed the news of show ending.

Host Sudeep had stopped hosting the weekend episodes from the last three weekends because of his ill-health.
