Sri Vishweshateertha Swamiji felicitated at Rajanagana

Udupi: Pejawara seer Sri Vishweshateertha Swamiji was felicitated at Rajanagana on Wednesday.
Addressing the gathering, Pejawar Swamiji said, “I have been able to complete my Paryaya tenure for the fifth time by the grace of God. Serving Lord Sri Krishna is the highest form of service. I have served people while serving God,”
When asked on his interest in politics, Swamiji clarified that he will not be joining Politics but provide guidance for the betterment of people.
“I will strive for the protection of religion, worldly good, and environment protection. I will not work for politics of vote,” he said.
“I am happy with the works done in the Krishna Math during my tenure, but not satisfied. There are some works pending,” he said.
Speaking at the occasion, Dharmasthala Dharmadhikari Dr Veerendra Heggade lauded Pejawar Swamiji for his service to society.
Minister Pramod Madhwaraj, MP Shobha Karandlaje, former MLA Raghupati Bhat, Satyanarayana, Srihari Asranna and others were present.
