Srinivas University faculty celebrate International Yoga Day

Pandeshwara: By maintaining the social distance, the teaching and non-teaching staff of Srinivas University, City Campus Pandeshwara celebrated International Yoga Day on June 20 in the College Auditorium with great enthusiasm.
Dr. P S Aithal, Vice Chancellor, Srinivas University told that one can control all kinds of diseases by Yoga. It is also helping incontrolling corona by improving the immunity system of an individual. People from every corner of the world accepted and practiced yoga, which made Indians feel proud.
Radhakrishna Guruji, Founder & Director of Prakruthi Yoga Kuteera, Kadri Kaibattal was the resource person. He demonstrated various asanas followed by Omkar chanting. Warm up exercises were taken and all were performed sitting and standing asanas, importance of these were explained simultaneously.
Srinivas University, Dr P S Aithal – Vice Chancellor, Srinivas University, Dr Ajay Kumar, Register (development)Srinivas University, Dr. S. Rajashekar – Dean, College of Physiotherapy,Teaching and Non-Teaching staffs of City Campus of Srinivas University were present in the programme.
