Srinivas University to host international conference on Computational Physics on Aug 1

Mangaluru: College of Computer Science and Information Science, Srinivas University Pandeshwar is hosting an international conference on Computational Physics in Emerging Technologies on August 1.

Dr P S Aithal, vice-chancellor, Srinivas University mentioned that many international and national speakers like Dr Nana Yaw Asabere from Accra Technical University, Ghana, Dr Adriana Burlea from the University of Craiova, Romania, Dr Arup Chakraborty from Bar-Ilan University, Israel, Piyush Mishra from ICAR- DARE, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, New Delhi, T Senthil Kumar from HCL Technologies, Chennai, Dr Sudeshna Chakraborty from Sharda University, Noida will participate and deliver a talk on the conference theme.

The conference conveners Dr A Jayanthiladevi, professor, Computer Science and Information Science and Dr Krishna Prasad K, associate professor, Computer Science and Information Science mentioned that more than 100 scholarly articles were received from various countries like Malaysia, Israel, Iraq, Romania, Sri Lanka, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Vietnam. They also highlighted the different tracks in the conference which included Basics of Computational Physics, Computational Methods, Algorithms, and Scientific Applications, Computational Physics in Emerging Research Applications, Computational Electronics and Communications in Theoretical Physics.

These themed sessions are monitored and reviewed by two eminent and experienced national and international experts. All the accepted, registered and presented papers are published in the IOP Press-Journal of Physics: Conference Series which is Indexing in Scopus Database.

The dean of CCIS, Prof. Shridhara Acharya informed that the conference entire international conference will be held in Zoom platform along with the live telecast of the conference in YouTube and Facebook due to the COVID 19 pandemic situation.
