State cabinet expansion likely soon

Bengaluru: A day after the by-election results were announced, the coalition government is all set for the expansion of the Karnataka cabinet.
Dinesh Rao, Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee(KPCC) president had held a meeting with HD Deve Gowda on the subject and it is gathered that the latter has given a green signal for the expansion of the Karnataka Cabinet.
Speaking on the occasion Deve Gowda said, “Earlier, the cabinet expansion was postponed because of bypolls in three parliamentary and two assembly seats. The cabinet expansion won’t be delayed any further”, he informed.
KC Venugopal Karnataka Congress in-charge was also present.
