Bengaluru: “Stop playing with people’s lives. Sealing down a few areas is not beneficial. If Bangalore residents must survive then there should be a complete lockdown for at least 20 days. If not,  Bangalore will become another Brazil. The health of the people is important, not the economy” tweeted, H D Kumaraswamy, Former CM of Karnataka

In a series of tweet, HDK said, “ State Government must distribute rations to the poor and migrant workers. Also, Rs 5,000 each must be provided to the working class of the state”

“The relief package announced by the government for drivers and others have not reached them yet,” he added

Amid the rising of cases in Bengaluru, CM Yediyurappa has ordered the seal down of several areas in the city.
