Bengaluru: Karnataka will entirely authorize the law against those meaning to create trouble irrespective of their status, Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy said here on Monday.
“We will authorize the law strictly whoever might be the individual,” he told journalists.
The Chief Minister was requested to react to a statement by Hindu Sriram Sene chief Muthalik that for what reason should (Prime Minister) Narendra Modi respond when a dog dies in Karnataka.
He was referring to the murdering Gauri Lankesh by individuals supposedly with connections to the Sangh Parivar and the criticism by Congress and intellectuals who were scrutinizing Modi’s silence on the issue.
