Student killed on spot after car hits divider and topples

Manipal: A student died on spot after his car hit a divider and toppled in Manipal on Saturday late night, September 29th. The deceased has been identified as Ivan Anil Kumar from Kannur. He is third year engineering student at NITK.
The accident occurred when he reached DC’s office. The speeding car first the divider and then toppled. The impact threw Anil out of the car and he died on the spot.
Deepika, Irene and Varun Vijith are the three other students who were in the car. They have suffered grievous injuries and have been shifted to Manipal hospital.
