Subramanya: Case filed against 14 persons for sexual assault on minor girl

Subramanya: Following a complaint of sexual assault on 14-year-old girl, a case has been registered against 14 persons including a woman at the Subramanya police station.
According to the complaint, the girl, a resident of Subramanya, was first sexually assaulted by her relative Vedavati. The girl was in class 5 at the time. Thereafter, the sexual assaults continued and she was allegedly raped by several individuals at different places.
The girl (now 14 years old) claimed that the sexual assaults took place between January 2015 and May 2022.
Based on the complaint, a case has been registered against Vedavathi, Vinod Maniyani, Praveen Dayananda, Hanumantha, Anand, Pradeep Achyuta, Satish Gowda, Jayaprakash, Manku, and several other unnamed persons.
The complaint also mentions that the victim was threatened.
