Sullia: Two shops gutted in fire; no casualties

Sullia: Two shops were gutted in a major fire that broke out at Panja market, Sullia on June 25.
Kukke Sri Hardware, owned by Ramesh Paloli and the cutlery shop adjacent to the hardware shop, owned by Nutan was destroyed in the fire.
Locals who noticed the fire informed the owners. Fire personnel who reached the spot managed to douse the fire.
No casualty was reported from the fire spot, police officials said, adding that they suspected that a short-circuit may have led to the fire.
