Sumalatha Ambareesh visits Shri Manjunatheswara Temple in Dharmasthala

Mangaluru: Ahead of Lok Sabha elections Sumalatha Ambareesh on Monday, April 1 visited Dharmasthala and obtained darshan of the presiding deity and sought blessings of Dharmadhikari of Shri Kshetra Dharmasthala Dr D Veerendra Heggade.
After offering prayers Sumalatha who is contesting as an Independent candidate from Mandya Lok Sabha constituency addressed presspersons and told that the voters will teach a lesson to those who were engaged in spreading false propaganda against her.
She further speaking with regard to the confusion in the nomination papers of Nikhil said that she would continue her fight against the Mandya deputy commissioner legally.
She had visited Dharmasthala two years ago. Just as Ambareesh had respect for Dharmasthala, she too came here with devotion and not to offered a special puja at the temple, she said.
Producer Rockline Venkatesh and actor Doddanna were also present.
