Surathkal: BJP Yuva Morcha members detained for trying to disrupt Congress event

Surathkal: BJP Yuva Morcha workers were detained on Friday while trying to disrupt a ceremony here organized by Block Congress Minority Unit for installing new office bearers.
The president of the Yuva Morcha local unit Bharat Raj Krishnapur expressed his outrage about the security breach that forced Prime Minister Narendra Modi to wait half an hour in his car in the Congress-ruled Punjab.
“The PM will visit Punjab again, Who has the audacity to stop him?” he asked.
Former Mangaluru Mayor and BJP leader Ganesh Hosabettu claimed that the BJP was “shocked and pained” when the former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi was killed by her bodyguards, and added, “Congress had insulted the prime minister’s post.”
There were some tense moments as Congress angry congress workers also shouted slogans in retaliation.
