Suratkal: Four held for stealing diesel from tanker

Four individuals have been arrested for stealing diesel from a tanker and hoarding it for illegal sale.

The Suratkal police have registered a case against the accused, identified as Santosh Kulai, Airon Rithesh Menezes, Narayan Beltangadi, and Ravi Janardhan Putran.

During the raid conducted by ACP Srikant K. of the Panambur division, diesel worth Rs 1.50 lakh and petrol worth Rs 25,000 were seized, along with mobile phones. The stolen fuel was being stored illegally at Baala village in a tanker yard.
