Wednesday: Thane police on Wednesday, July 24 arrested six persons in connection with the murder of Suresh Nunaje, a hotelier hailing from Dakshina Kannada.
Nunaje who owns a hotel in Mumbai and Dubai was murdered by a gang of three persons at his Shahpur residence.
The gang later robbed gold assets and cash in his house.
The police arrested Anil Salunkhe (32), Chaman Chavan (25), and Santhosh Salunke (35) from Bhiwandi and their accomplices Rohit Pimple (19), Babubhai Chavan (18) and Roshan Khare (30)
