Arantodi: Locals in Mysuru’s Arantodi Village were in for a surprise ‘party’ on Tuesday, January 19 after a truck carrying several beer cartons from Mysuru towards Mangaluru met with an accident.
The accident toppled the truck, thereby spilling hundreds of beer bottles on the street.
The locals initially rushed to the spot to rescue the driver and cleaner but soon realized that they had no severe injuries. Chaos followed as people began picking up the beer bottles of their choice and took away as much liquor as they could possibly carry.
On receiving information about the accident, the local police rushed to the location and filed a case in this regard.
