“T Narasipura tahsildar murdered by sand mafia” : Shobha

Bengaluru: Udupi-Chikkamagalur MP Shobha Karandlaje and BJP state general secretary charged that T Narasipura tahsildar B Shankaraiah did not commit suicide but was murdered by the sand mafia.

Shankaraiah was found hanging in his residential quarters in T Narasipura in Mysuru district.

Addressing the gathering at the Vishwakarma Mahasabha, Shobha said, “The state government is closing the scene and claiming that Shankaraiah committed suicide. But, the sand and land mafia prevalent in T Narasipura, the home constituency of Public Works Minister H C Mahadevappa, murdered Shankaraiah.

Sobha further said that Shankaraiah’s family have informed her that its not suicide but a murder.
