Tear-soaked tissue used by Lionel Messi during Barcelona farewell up for sale

The tissue used by Lionel Messi during his farewell press conference in Barcelona earlier this month is allegedly up for sale.

Argentinian media outlet Misiones Online reported, Mercado Libre, a popular website where fans can get the “used handkerchief” for an exorbitant price of $1 million.

An unidentified person picked the tear-soaked tissue and posted an ad online saying that it would be sold if the right price came in.

The tissue has been listed for sale at an auction site and screenshots of the ad have gone viral on social media.

According to Minutouno.com. not only the ‘original’ tissue paper was put up for sale, but also replicas of it are currently being sold online.
