Teenager commits suicide after failing in exams

Bantwal: A teenager committed suicide at Kadumata in Vittal near here on Sunday, June 16. The deceased is identified as Cristal Nikhil D’Souza (17), son of Denis D’Souza at Kadumata.
Apparently, Cristal was overly sad of his failure to clear first PUC exams. He was enrolled for tuitions at a private college in Vittal, but he was not going there since a week.
On Sunday, Cristal was found dead, hanging in his room by his family who had returned back home after the Sunday mass. Although, they rushed him to the hospital, he had already lost his life.
Cristal is survived by two sisters and his parents.
