Telangana Govt. signs two MoUs at Aero India ’17

Bengaluru: Telangana Government has signed two Memorandum of Understanding (MOUs) pertaining to setting up of skill development facilities in Hyderabad on the second day of Aero India 2017 in Bengaluru.
The Telangana delegation was led by K.T. Rama Rao, Minister of Industries and Information Technology and included the Director of Aerospace, Praveen amongst others.
The first MoU aims to collaborate with Airbus, National skill development Council and Aero School Aquitaine of France for creating a Skill Development Centre in the old airport of Begumpet.
Engineering courses relevant to the industry will also be designed in association with the aforementioned.
The second MoU signed with the Cranfield University of the United Kingdom received positive responses from Boeing and Tata Advanced Systems Ltd. (TASL).
The delegation also met with Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar, Minister of Skill Development Rajiv Pratap Rudy and Ratan Tata, Chairman of Tata Sons.
