Telugu film star Junior NTR visits Sri Krishna Matha in Udupi

Udupi: Telugu actor Junior NTR visited the Sri Krishna Matha in Udupi on Saturday, August 18. Accompanied by his mother, Shalini Nandamuri, Junior NTR sought the blessings of the presiding deity, Sri Krishna Mukhyaprana.

During their visit, Junior NTR and his mother received blessings from Sri Sugunendra Teertha Swamiji, the head of Puttige Matha, who is currently the presiding Swamiji of the Udupi Sri Krishna Matha. They were blessed with the Anugraha Mantrakshate and were initiated into the Kotigeeta Lekhana Yajna Deeksha.

It was a long-cherished dream of Shalini Nandamuri to bring her son to seek the blessings of Sri Krishna at Udupi, a wish she had held for the past 40 years.

Junior NTR, in several interviews with news channels, has proudly stated that his mother, Shalini, hails from Kundapura and is a native Kannada speaker. During this visit, Junior NTR was also accompanied by actor and director Rishab Shetty and director Prashanth Neel.
