Bengaluru: A protest was staged on Monday against the state government by the theatre artists from Rangavasantha for the government’s negligence towards Kalagrama auditorium
As per the sources, theatre artists sporting various costumes that depict different characters of plays protested in front of Kalagrama.
They also stagged various street plays, and along with stage songs and then conducted the signature campaign to divert the government’s attention towards it.
After the signature campaign, theatre artists took the bike rally from Kalagrama to Townhall and submitted the request to Director, Kannada and Culture to address the issue.
