Thirthahalli: Body of missing bank manager found

The body of the bank manager, who went missing near the Tunga River, was recovered on Wednesday, November 20 morning .
The deceased, identified as 38-year-old Srivatsa, was manager of Union Bank.
He had reportedly gone missing on Monday morning. Later, his mobile phone, footwear, and clothes were found abandoned on the riverbank near Aralasuruli village in Thirthahalli taluk, leading to suspicions that he may have jumped into the water.
A search operation involving fire and rescue teams, along with police personnel, was conducted on Tuesday. Initial reports suggest Srivatsa was alone in Thirthahalli at the time of the incident. His relatives residing in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, have been informed.
Authorities are investigating the circumstances leading to his death. Further details are awaited.
