Thirthahalli: Road connectivity b/w Shimoga-Udupi cut off after bridge collapses

Shimoga: Road connectivity between Shimoga and Udupi has been cut off after a abridge at Ranjadakatte of Theerthahalli collapsed.
As per sources, due to heavy rainfall in the area, the water level rose in the stream leading to the collapse of a large portion of the bridge. As the result, vehicular movement came to a standstill.
