This meat ribs-inspired cake will make you doubt your reality

Last year, bakers and artists all around the world decided to prank netizens by creating cakes that looked like fruits, vegetables, mobile phones, animals, and even human heads. The fad spread like wildfire on the internet in a matter of days, and after a flurry of memes and jokes, the frenzy died down. Now, thanks to an unexpected cake creation, the trend looks to have made a comeback on the internet.

A delicious and glazed slice of beef ribs is featured in a dish provided by Inae Cakes on their official Instagram account. The first image of the ribs is so compelling that the idea of it being a cake never occurs to you. Netizens immediately assumed it was a succulent piece of meat.

Inae Cakes also posted a video of the ribs cake on their Tik Tok account. The meat was featured in the opening several seconds of the video, but as the knife made contact with the ‘ribs,’ it turned out to be a sweet treat. When the blade sank through the so-called ribs, the creation was discovered to be a marble cake.
