Exercising regularly to stay fit is quite hard, especially so if one is overweight and lazy. A small mishap during exercise may stop you from continuing the regimen.

But, this video will definitely change your mind and inspire you to shed those extra kilos.

IPS officer Dipanshu Kabra shared a video on Twitter showing a man trying to do sit-ups on a public bench. But, he spectacularly fails to do even one as he falls backward while trying. Unfazed, the man is seen doing another exercise on the same bench.

“No matter how the beginning was, the finish should always be in style,” read the message.

Take a look!

Netizens were impressed. The man received high praise for his never-give-up attitude.

“Exercise mode on,” commented one user. “The way the situation has been handled after the man’s fall is commendable,” wrote another.
