Three arrested for selling drugs to college students in Bengaluru

Bengaluru: three men including a Nigerian were arrested for selling drugs to college students and engineers.

Koramnagala police have also seized eight kg of ganja, 150 grams of hashish and 35 LSD papers.

The accused are Ugochukwu Victor Nwosu, aged 32, a native of Nigeria and a resident of Kothnur, John Mison, 26, a resident of JP Nagar and Umesh Kumar, 25, a resident of Bommanahalli.

According to the police, the trio, including the Nigerian sold hashish, ganja and LSD strips. After getting a clue that few people were found selling drugs in a nearby park in Koramangala, the police rushed to the spot and arrested the trio.

Ugochukwu Victor Nwosu came to the India in August 2017 and resided in Mumbai. Umesh used to bring ganja from Odshia and sell them with the help of John. They later decided to sell drugs jointly.
