Three arrested near Maha border for providing fake RT-PCR reports

Kolhapur: Police officials have arrested four people for providing false RT-PCR reports to private bus passengers at Kognoli checkpost on the Karnataka-Maharashtra border.
The arrested accused have been identified as Suresh Madhalli, a resident of Hubbali in Karnataka, Satish Shinde, a resident of Songekarwadi village in Satara and Jagdish Doddaparsapa, a resident of Chitradurga in Karnataka.
Doddaparasappa used to work as conductor in a private bus as well as an agent, Madhalli and Shinde are bus drivers.
The fake test reports were made in the name of Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj government medical college, Kolhapur, and a private laboratory in Kolhapur.
A case has been registered.
