Three including pedestrian-woman killed in road accident

Hassan: Three persons, including a pedestrian-woman, died on Monday after a car rammed into a roadside wall near Adichunchanagiri on Mangaluru-Bengaluru highway.

The deceased are identified as  Junaid and  Imtiyaz residents of Adyar, Mangaluru. The identity of the woman is yet to known.

It is gathered that the car in which a group of youths was traveling rammed into a roadside wall after hitting a  pedestrian-woman killing three on the spot, meanwhile, others were rushed to a hospital near by and are under going treatment.

The accident took place after the tyre of the car burst  due to a tecnical problem, informed sources.

A case with this regard has been registered with the Belluru police.
