Tiptur MLA Likely to Miss Expected Ministerial Berth on Alleged Unaccounted Property, Second Marriage

Tumkur/Bengaluru: Tiptur Congress MLA K Shadakshari, expected to get a ministerial berth in Siddaramaiah led government is reportedly has two wives and has unaccounted property worth in crores, said an RTI activist Ravikumar in a complaint submitted to Karnataka Governor, sources said.
Ravikumar has also alleged in his complaint that the MLA has misused development funds released to his constituency. Also, he failed to reveal about his second wife in his the records submitted to the election commission, reports said.
The MLA is reportedly registered his unaccounted property in the name of his second wife Sharadamma and Akarshana Shadakshari. In an attempt to hide information on his second wife, Shadakshari recorded the name of his first wife Shivagangamma and daughter Nischitha while filing nomination paper to contest in the last state assembly elections, activist said. RTI activist urged the Governor in his complaint not allow him a minister in the next cabinet reshuffle.
