Tirupati: 10-year-old boy lives with dead mother for 4 days!

New Delhi: In a heart-rendering incident, a boy reportedly mistook his dead mother to be sleeping and stayed with the body for four days.
The incident was reported from Tirupathi on Saturday, an ABPlive report said.
Rajyalakshmi (41), a teacher at a private college, reportedly lived with her 10-year-old son in a rented apartment in the Vidyanagar area. She is suspected to have died on March 8 after falling from the bed.
But, for four days since her death, the boy believed that his mother was resting. He readied himself every day, attended school, and slept next to her lifeless body. The boy called his uncle when he noticed a foul smell wafting from his mother’s body. Her brother who came to the house found her rotting body and informed the police. the same report said.
Rajyalakshmi was to leave for Belagavi in Karnataka on March 9, to accept her Ph.D. degree, the report added.
