Tourism circuit soon to showcase Mysuru heritage: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai

Mysuru: As a continued effort of the state government to boost tourism, the Mysuru Tourism Circuit will start functioning soon, said Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai on Wednesday.
He was speaking to media persons after performing Nandi Dhwaja Puja near Balarama Dwara of the Mysore Palace.
The tourism circuit will cover Mysuru, Halebidu, Belur, Somanathapura, and many other important places, he said and added that a dedicated online booking facility will be unveiled soon.
The Chief Minister also expressed his happiness that the Dasara festivities have been arranged in a grand manner with traditional fervor. He said that all Dasara programs have been held with great pomp and show. Traditional practices including Nandi Puja, and Jumboo Savari, have been held meaningfully, he added.
