Tractor-bike accident claims rider’s life

Accident at Kalanja

Kalanja: A collision between a tractor and a bike at Vishnu Nagar near here claimed the life of the bike rider. The deceased is identified as Moinuddin Anwar (21), son of Mohammed from Kalanja.

Anwar riding his new bullet bike from Kalanja to Bellare when he hit head on into a tractor coming in the opposite direction along the road where it slopes near Vishnu Nagar. The impact of the collision seriously injured Anwar who lost his life en route to the hospital.

Anwar who runs his own shop in Bengaluru had come down 15 days back to his house at Kalanja. He was riding the bullet bike which he had bought 3 months back when the unfortunate tragedy took place only a kilometer away from his house. Anwar is survived by his father, mother, brother and sister.

Bellare police have registered a case.
