Sakleshpur: Traffic on the Shiradi Ghat stretch of National Highway 75 has resumed following a break in the heavy rains.

Due to landslides near Doddathappalu close to Sakleshpur and on the Shiradi Ghat stretch, vehicle movement between Sakleshpur and Mangaluru, as well as Dharmasthala, was restricted at night.

However, with the rains easing since Sunday evening and giving a break on Monday, vehicular movement on the Shiradi Ghat stretch has been allowed, and 24-hour traffic has resumed from Monday.
