PTI, Apr 23, 2024, 4:26 PM IST

In an obvious reference to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s speech in which he said the Congress wants to redistribute people’s property, Samajwadi Party (SP) president Akhilesh Yadav on Tuesday said the trends of election results are visible from the BJP leaders’ speeches.

He said if the INDIA bloc government is formed after the elections, the poor will not only get the ration they are currently getting but will also be given nutritious food items.

Addressing a rally in support of the INDIA bloc candidates of Aligarh and Hathras, Yadav said, “Although the election trends come later but now you must have heard the speech of the people of Delhi (PM) and the people of Lucknow (CM). The trends of the election results are visible in the speeches of those who are about to go out of power.”
