TVS Motors has re-launched the Jupiter Grande Edition with many updates at Rs.62,346 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The updated Jupiter Grande model now gets a Bluetooth enabled instrument console as a segment-first feature. Also, the scooter is now available with a new light blue colour shade with machine-finished alloy wheels, rear-view mirrors with chrome covers and LED headlamp.

The new semi-digital instrument console comes paired with Android and iOS smartphones, providing the riders with call and message notifications, speed alert and trip report. By downloading the TVS Connect App, the users can access these features. Another segment-first feature of the scooter is the dual-colour 3D logo. The maroon colour seat with a cross-stitched pattern enhances the appeal of the new Jupiter Grande.

The engine powering the new TVS Jupiter Grande is the same 109.7cc, single-cylinder motor that churns out peak power and torque figures of 7.8bhp and 8Nm respectively. The scooter features telescopic forks suspension at the front and mono-shock at the rear while the braking duties are handled by disc and drum brakes at the front and rear ends.

The new updated TVS Jupiter Grande will toughly compete with the likes of the Honda Activa 5G, Hero Maestro Edge and Yamaha Cygnus Ray ZR.
