Twitter to start testing voice clips in Direct Messages

Social networking platform Twitter will soon begin testing a feature to let users record and send voice messages via Direct Messages (DMs)
According to The Verge, Alex Ackerman-Greenberg who is product manager for DMs at Twitter, said the company is going to test voice DMs soon and Brazil will be the first country for the voice DMs test.
The platform rolled out voice tweets for limited iOS users in June, with each message capped at 140 seconds
Just like voice tweets, voice messages will have a simple, basic interface that includes just a play and pause button. The sender’s avatar, or profile picture, will pulsate as the message plays out.
