Two critical after KSRTC topples in Koppal

Koppal: Five persons sustained injuries after the KSRTC bus in which they were traveling toppled at Ravinagar near Gangavati Siddapura in the district in the wee hours of Friday, September 20.

The injured have been shifted to Gangavati hospital. Two of the injured persons are said to be in critical condition.

The incident occurred on Friday midnight when the bus was returning to Mysuru KR depot after dropping few police personnel at Raichur.

It is gathered that Mysuru KR depot had instructed the bus driver to return to the depot overnight itself and had even said that they pick up passengers on the way back. As many as 12 persons were onboard the bus when the mishap occurred.
