Two died, 15 injured near Pudukkottai in Jallikattu event Today

Pudukkottai: Two people killed while 15 injured in a Jallikattu event organized near Pudukkottai in Tamil Nadu on Sunday. Tamil Nadu state health minister Vijay Bhaskar was inaugurated the event organized by the Tamil Nadu state government.

The deceased have been identified as Vijay and Raja who were severely injured when they were attacked by bull through its horn. Vijay died on the spot whereas Raja was breathed his last breath in the hospital. Out of 15 injured eight have severely injured and admitted to the nearby hospital.

Jallikattu has just returned in Tamil Nadu on Sunday after an ordinance issued for organising the rural sports event after a 3 year long ban.
