Two held with drugs in Shimla

Shimla: Two suspected drug smugglers were held in separate incidents here, police said Thursday.
Twenty-six-year-old Rahul alias Happy of Kotkhai town here was held with 12 gram of ‘chitta’ (synthetic drug) on Wednesday night, Shimla Superintendent of Police Omapati Jamwal said.
A case was registered against him under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, he added.
In a separate incident, 6.50 gram ‘chitta’ was recovered from Rahul of Fagli area but he managed to flee, the SP said.
