Two youths die after bike hits canter while performing stunt wheelies

Devanahalli: Two young men lost their lives in a tragic accident on the town’s bypass road on Friday, December 27. The mishap occurred when their bike lost control during a wheelie stunt and collided with a canter vehicle.

The deceased have been identified as Manoj (19) and Arbaaz (19). Despite the morning rain, the duo attempted stunts on the bypass road, leading to the fatal collision. They succumbed to severe blood loss on the spot.

Residents have expressed anger over the increasing instances of bike stunts on busy roads, including the bypass. They allege that despite repeated complaints to the police, no strict action has been taken to curb such activities.

Police are investigating the incident.
