Ualaibettu Armed Robbery Case: 6 accused sent to police custody

Mangaluru: Six of the accused in the armed robbery at the house of PWD contractor Padmanabha Kotian in Ulaibettu Permanki, have been remanded to police custody by a local court.

A total of 10 accused have been arrested in the case. The court has granted seven days of police custody for further interrogation of Shijo Devasai, Satheesh Babu, Shakir Hussain, Sajeesh M., Vinoj P.K. from Thrissur, and John Bosco from Aynamodu, Thiruvananthapuram.

Balkrishna Shetty from Uppala, Raymond D’Souza from Bantwal, Ramesh from Neermarga, and Vasanth Kumar have been remanded to judicial custody.
