UAS Bangalore tops in All India JRF Examination in 2016

Bengaluru: University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS), Bangalore awarded with first place by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) in the All India Level Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Examination held in 2016 both in Agricultural Sciences and engineering, technology categories.

UAS Bangalore stood first out of 73 agricultural universities in the country.  Forty one (41) students in agricultural sciences category and seven (07) students from engineering and technology category have passed.  Besides, UAS Bangalore has secured second place during 2014 and 2015 also.
