Uchila: Electric pole broken off after car rams into it

Padubidri: A car crashed into an electric pole on the National Highway 66 within Bada Gram Panchayat near Uchila on the morning of August 14.
The car was travelling from Udupi to Mangaluru. After the car hit the electric pole, the pole fell into three pieces.
The two passengers in the car sustained minor injuries.
Recently, a bike was charred to death in Dakshina Kannada district after he hit an electric pole and the live wire fell on him.
