Udupi: Auto rickshaw falls into drain at Kalsanka

Udupi: An auto-rickshaw fell into a stormwater drain at Kalsanka after the driver lost control of the vehicle on Sunday.
The incident occurred as the auto-rickshaw was heading from the Sri Krishna Matha parking area towards Kalsanka. In an attempt to give way to another vehicle, the auto rickshaw swerved to the right. Due to the absence of a boundary wall, it directly plunged into the drain.
No injuries were reported. The auto-rickshaw was later retrieved with the help of local residents.
